The emphatic victory by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Delhi Assembly elections reveals that you can’t underestimate the power of a commonman. If you do so, you are only inviting trouble for yourself. Besides, these elections have defeated the old style politics in the country and widened the scope of democratic polity. AAP has also demonstrated dogged determination can bring fore the dividends.
The elections in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhatisgarh have also proven the fact that if you take welfare measures to the grass root level people certainly appreciate such steps.
People have been crying hoarse over price rise, unemployment and other day to day issues. But Government(s) prefer to lend a deaf ear to these issues. With the result anger gets accumulated and when it is released it unleashes a fury which decimates everything that comes before it.
The Congress Party had to eat a humble pie as it failed to listen the voice of people.
