POONCH, June 16: With the burning of transformer at Phagla (63 KVA), the villagers are without power for the last two month.
People of the area who are facing lot of difficulties due to no power supply, approached the PDD officials concerned but the power could not be restored.
Locals said that PDD officers have not given attention to their problem and they are being forced to agitate and block the road.
They appealed to the Executive Engineer PDD, Poonch to issue instructions to the concerned staff to immediately replace the burnt transformer and provide electricity to the consumers.
