JAMMU, Feb 14: PHE Employees United Front has appealed to the employees of the department to gear up for strike/ protest programme on February 20.
A meeting of the office bearers of the Front was held here today under the leadership of Mohan Singh, in which the members discussed the preparations and strategy for the proposed strike. It was decided to hold massive protest programme at PHE complex, BC Road. The Front would exert pressure on the Government seeking regularisation of daily wagers, CP/ITI trained workers, release of pending wages of the workers and conducting DPC of all cadres in the PHE department. Mohan Singh has appealed the workers to make this programme a grand success.
