JAMMU, Apr 28: PHE Workers Welfare Association, Akhnoor Division held a meeting and deferred its proposed three day long protest from May 6.
While speaking, Provincial President of the Association Bakshi Singh said that on the assurance of Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, the PHE workers deferred their protest from May 6.
The Minister assured the leadership of PHE Workers Welfare Association, Akhnoor Division that their demands will be redressed and the same was informed to Association by MLA Akhnoor Rajeev Sharma, Singh added.
Kuldip Sharma, President, Puran Chand, Ram Lal, Ajit Singh, Koushil Singh, Kuldip Singh, Daleep Kumar, Tarsem Lal and many others were present in the meeting.
