PIL for ban animal sacrifices !

Sir,
“Sacrifice causes immense pain and suffering to the innocent animals. The innocent animals cannot be permitted to be sacrificed to appease the God/Deity in a barbaric manner. Compassion is the basic tenet in all religions. The practice of animal  sacrifice is a social evil and is required to be banned. It ‘s a grey area whether animal sacrifice can be termed a religious practice or not but the stone-aged  faith, ritualistic worship and its continuation must change in the modern era and people are required to be sensitized on this issue too”
This is the commandment of the Himachal  Pradesh High Court issued this week  in a landmark judgment in the area of animal rights setting example of law acting as a tool of social engineering.
Hope this animals sacrifices ban is appreciated and accepted by all of us in each and every State of India and let our J&K State Government also ponder over it to pass appropriate legislation as otherwise really these animal sacrifices on any occasion in public places by us  is not only barbaric, cruel, inhuman but above all superstitious and unscientific.
Till any formal legislation is adopted by our State Government, let the social organizations of our State, irrespective of any caste, creed or religion, come forward to raise voice about this or file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL)  in State High Court praying for banning animal sacrifice in this State forthwith, or let our J&K Hon’ble  High Court suo moto take notice of all this.
Yours etc…
