JAMMU, May 2: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) relating to regulation of traffic to provide access to the ambulances on different routes in Kashmir, a Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court comprising Chief Justice N Kotiswar Singh and Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal today appointed Divisional Commissioner Kashmir as Nodal Officer to give a consistent view on behalf of the various agencies.
The DB directed the Nodal Officer to file a comprehensive affidavit on behalf of the respondents, based on the inputs received from the various departments, so that there is unanimity and consistency in the stand taken by the respondents.
