KATRA, May 18: Due to the forest fire in Trikuta hills, the pilgrimage from new track was suspended as a precautionary measures by the Shrine Board authorities late last night.
However, the pilgrimage continues smoothly through the traditional old track. The fire reached at Guddidhar area near Himkoti on new track on late Tuesday evening following which authorities suspended the yatra from battery car track. The battery car service was also suspended. However, the pilgrimage was resumed today afternoon.
