UDHAMPUR, Aug 3: A pillion rider died and motorcyclist sustained critical injuries when their bike was hit by a Tipper at village Pathi Pangra near Krimchi, Udhampur.
The deceased has been identified as Joginder Paul (36), son of Krishan Lal, resident of Sin Thakra while the injured, identified as Sohan (25) son of Safar Singh of Panchari, has been admitted to District Hospital Udhampur.
The accident took place around 5.30 pm when the Motorcycle, bearing Registration number JK14B-7649, was hit by Tipper near Pathi Pangra. Locals shifted the injured persons to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors declared Joginder Paul as brought dead.
