UDHAMPUR, July 15: Shri Adi Shakti Sewak Sanstha, Udhampur organized annual Akhand Jyoti procession of Pingla Mata by taking out a Shobha Yatra from Pandav Mandir.
The Shobha Yatra after passing through various locations of the town, including Hospital Road, Sallan Talab, Chabutra Bazaar, Main Bazaar, Gole Market, Mukerji Bazaar, Ramnagar Chowk and Slathia Chowk, culminated at the starting point.
A large number of devotees of Mata Pingla participated in the Shobha Yatra with great enthusiasm and religious gaiety.
According to president Shri Adi Shakti Sewak Sanstha, Ashok Kumar Gupta,  the sacred  lamp and Trident would be carried  to Cave Shrine of Pingla Mata on July 16 morning in a procession of devotees.
The Sanstha has managed free bus services on July 16 for the devotees like every year from Udhampur to the pilgrimage point, he said and urged the people to collect the bus pass for performing the pilgrimage and seeking blessing of the Goddess. He said that free langar facility would also be provided by the Sanstha at the shrine cave with all out support of the Sarpanch of the village Pinger, Mulk Raj Gupta.
