JAMMU, Apr 6: To dispose of the applications under RTI Act, the State Government today ordered appointment of two Public Information Officers (PIOs) in the General Administration Department.
As PIO, Dr Amir Hussain, Under Secretary GAD, will dispose of the RTI applications relating to IAS/KAS section while Iftikhar Rasool Hamdani, Under Secretary, will dispose of RTI applications relating to Administration, Establishment, Monitoring, Cabinet, Planning, Library, Vigilance, Legal and Accounts sections.
