RAJOURI, Jan 14: In order to pip up the ranks to the recently promoted officials of middle rung in Police Department, Jammu and Kashmir Police in Rajouri district organised a pipping ceremony at District Police Lines here today.
The ceremony was organised after the order of promotion by Zonal Police Headquarters Jammu, in favour of Head Constables who were recently promoted to the next rank of Assistant Sub-Inspectors and SGCts who were promoted as Head Constables.
SSP Rajouri, Chandan Kohli while holding interaction asked the promoted officers to remain committed for Police Department and ensure better public service. Additional SP Rajouri Liaqat Ali, DySP DAR Zaheer Abbas and other officers and officials of the District police also attended the ceremony.
