JAMMU, May 5: A poetic debate cum symposium was organized by Pir Panchal at Radio Sharda complex Muthi today. The poets who participated in it included B N Betab, J N Sagar, P N Shad, Brij Hali, Ashok Gawher and president Pir Panchal and Director Radio Sharda Ramesh Hangloo. A debate was held on the certain poetic verses of Abhinav Guptt, Lal Ded ,Nund Rishi and others.
All speakers expressed their opinion and it was decided that the debate will be held on the works of writers in exile in Radio Shara. Later a poetic symposium was held under the leadership of J N Sagar.
The poets recited their poems on the pain in exile and their determination to settle in Kashmir Valley with honour and dignity.
