NEW DELHI, June 25: Pistachio prices were up by Rs 5 per kg in the national capital today following increased buying by retailers and stockists amid fall in supplies from overseas markets.
Prices of pistachio hairati and peshwari rose by Rs 5 each to conclude at Rs 1,085-1,185 and Rs 1,285-1,385 per kg, respectively.
Marketmen said increased offtake by retailers and stockists amid fall in supplies from overseas markets, mainly pushed up pistachio prices at the dry fruit market here.

Almond (California) Rs 16,300-16,500, Almond(Gurbandi-new) Rs 10,500-10,700, Almond (Girdhi) Rs 5,300-5,600; Abjosh Afghani Rs 5,000-22,000.
Almond Kernel (California-new) Rs 580-590 per kg, Almond Kernel (Gurbandi-new) Rs 725-825 per kg. (PTI)
