JAMMU, Mar 10: Campus placement drive was held at Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology (YCET) by Kandhari Beverages Private Limited, a multinational company.
The placement drive was conducted for the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering students of YCET and Diploma Engineering Students of IECS of Electrical and Mechanical Department. The job profiles offered by the company incorporated Production Trainee, Quality Control Trainee and Maintenance Trainee. The students of B-Tech (EE/ME) and Diploma Students of Electrical and Mechanical of IECS participated in this drive.
The evaluation of the students started with the Aptitude Test Round and the selected students appeared for PI & Technical interview in which the students appeared whole heartedly and enthusiastically. Company Senior HR Manager, Sandeep Sharma, Junior HR Executive, Priyanka Srivastava and HoD Maintenance, Ashish Duvedi were present on the occasion.
Twenty-four students participated in this drive and five students namely Sayed Qayem Hussain, Vanshika Dubey, Riya (BE Electrical) and Parmeet Singh, Suksham (BE Mechanical) of Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology were selected.
Director YCET Prof Dr AK Srivastava and Chief Coordinator BR Verma were also present. Assistant TPO Simran Kaur and HoD Mechanical KR Sharma coordinated the placement drive which was conducted by Training and Placement Officer Dinesh Gupta.
