JAMMU, Aug 12: A plantation drive organized under Swacchta Pakhwada was held here today.
The drive was organised by Urban Forestry Division in which Forest wing of JMC under the guidance of Rashid Manhas, Assistant Conservator of Forests JMC also participated.
All the officers present on the occasion emphasised on the need of planting more and more trees to improve the quality of environment. They appreciated the locals for their active participation in the drive.
On the occasion, Dr Rabia Khan, Assistant Floriculture officer JMC and Dr Vinod Sharma, Health Officer JMC were also present.
