Plea to Regularization Committee

Sir,
We seek to draw the kind attention of the regularization committee constituted by the J&K School Education Department for regularization of I/C Officers of the said department for favour of treating our date of elevation as I/C Lecturer’s in the discipline of Economics as 30-03-2013 instead of 26-02-2014:-
That, the J&K School Education Administrative Department issued the elevation orders of 82 PG Masters in the discipline of Economics vide Govt. Order No.409 – Edu of 2013 Dt. 30-03-2013 and out of these 82 elevated I/C Lecturers only 52 joined and while going through the Order No. 409 – Edu of 2013 Dt.  30-03-2013 that the remaining 30 elevated Lecturers who didn’t join were already promoted/regularized Lecturers and Headmasters vide Govt. Order No. 235 – Edu of 2013 Dt. 07-03-2013 , Govt. Order No. 684 – Edu of 2012 Dt. 09-04-2012 and Govt. Order No. 583 – Edu of 2009 Dt. 20-07-2009 and in this connection we approached the then Commissioner Secretary to Government J&K School Education Department and Director School Education Kashmir on 04-04-2013. He was kind enough to examine the matter and gave his clarification/recommendation at Para (3) & (4) that the above mentioned 30 posts are already regularized/promoted Lecturer’s and Headmasters vide above highlighted Govt. Order No’s vide his office letter no. Estt-I/Rep-Economics/2013 dated 09-04-2013 addressed to Secretary to Government J&K School Education Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu.
That, consequent upon this the then Secretary to Government J&K School Education Department issued our elevation order as I/C Lecturers in continuation with Govt . Order No. 409 -Edu of 2014 Dt. 26-02-2014 as per Para (5) of Govt. Order No. 191 – Edu of 2014 Dt. 26-02-2014 but unfortunately our Date of elevation has been treated as 26-02-2014 instead of 30-03-2013 which needs to be corrected in the best interest of the natural justice for which a fervant plea is made to the Regularization Committee constituted by the Government for the regularization of Officers and Officials of the J&K School Education Department. Hope, our genuine grievance is redressed and our due right given to us and our regularization orders may very kindly be issued accordingly.
