It is requested to the Chairman JK Public Service Commission to conduct interviews for the posts of Assistant Professors of colleges at Jammu, because Srinagar is very badly disturbed now-a-days, and it is very difficult for outsiders to travel to Srinagar in these circumstances. There is no provision of safety of female candidates and no provision of proper and peaceful stay at Srinagar.
Last year also, due to similar conditions and worst traffic jams, few candidates travelled throughout night and passing through strike and stone pelting they reached interview location disturbed but could not do well in KAS interview.
A more dangerous situation prevails in Valley this time. So it is requested that interview for the post of College Professors be conducted at Jammu. This will suit our brothers from Valley also.
