Sir,
The J&K School Education Administrative Department Civil Secretariat Srinagar issued a notification/circular dated May 8, 2015 regarding the regularisation of all the incharge CEOs, Principals, Lecturers and Headmasters etc. But after a lapse of near about five months no regularisation order has been issued till date. In this context, it is requested to the Commissioner/Secretary to the Government to expedite the process of the regularisation of the above mentioned incharge employees.
There are many schools right from primary to 10+2 level across the State which are without the full strength of both the teaching and non-teaching staff. There are many higher secondary schools where there are no lecturers available in the discipline of English, Mathematics, Sociology, Political Science, Computer Science, Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, Zoology, Botany and Physics etc due to which the students of these schools prefer for non-availability of subject lecturers. There are thousands of trained qualified and experienced PG masters/teachers available in these subjects whose services may very kindly be utilised for teaching these subjects to the students by way of elevating them as incharge lecturers.
There are many principals, lecturers and headmasters etc who have served for the one or more tenure in the frontier districts of Leh, Kargil, Rajouri, Poonch and Kupwara etc have again been adjusted in the remote areas of the State, which is sheer injustice with them.
They need to be posted nearer to the present residence so that justice is done to them.
Therefore, a fervent plea is made to the Commissioner/Secretary to kindly mitigate/redress the above mentioned problems and demands of the teaching fraternity.
Yours etc…
