Plea to Deputy CM

Sir,
The Deputy Chief Minister who also holds the portfolio of Minister for School Education, has shown dynamism in awarding promotions to teacher fraternity.
It seems that the education department is being refreshed and new initiatives are seeing the light of the day. Among 1500 teachers who have been promoted as I/c masters these are about 100 migrant teachers who have been elevated as I/c Masters. Most of these migrant promotee masters are serving in migrant camp schools and their services  are utilized for teaching +2 classes in absence and dearth of lectures, as these promotee masters are mostly post graduates. These officials are at their middle age living in migration for the last 22 yrs and supporting ailing old aged parents and young immature kids in deplorable conditions. It is a humble request to the Deputy Chief Minister (Minister for School Education) to adjust these promotee master in camp schools at various locations in Jammu so that these masters do not suffer from further dislocation and be able to support their parents who ar at an advanced and precarious age and secondly the functioning of migrant camp schools do not suffer and students studies continue in absence/dearth of lecturers.
Yours etc….
