Sir,
It is appreciable that the visionary approach of Deputy Chief Minister Tara Chand and Commissioner Secretary School Education Department regarding the filling up of various posts through DPC including that of lecturers in many subjects in Education Department will surely give boost to the academic Standard of education to achieve the required best standard of education across the State.
In the meantime, it is worthwhile to mention it here that in the various lecturer promotion lists recently issued by the Government include the names of many incharge lecturers, confirm lecturers and Headmasters who are already working since long in many subjects viz Economics, English, Education etc.
Therefore to set right the problem a forceful plea is made to the Education Minister and Commissioner Secretary Education to kindly release the names of already working I/C lecturers Headmasters to pave way for the other next seminar most masters in order of seniority to get promoted as incharge lecturers in various subjects.
It may not be out of place to mention here that there are many other subjects whose promotion lists have not been issued till date viz environmental science.
Hope for an early action in the matter for the greater good of the students to achieve the best results across the State.
