Sir,
Attention of the Jammu University authorities is drawn towards the long pending demand of the Diploma Engineering students of various streams for Lateral admission in various Engineering colleges of the State for completion of their higher studies rather degree courses.
In absence of this facility, students, particularly girl students suffer a lot. They have to either leave their studies halfway or seek admissions in other States. It may be mentioned here that there is great scope for admissions in the State colleges. It is upto Jammu University authorities to take a decision over the matter which concern with the future of many students of the State.
Hope no delay-delaying tactics would be adopted in the matter.
