I represent the depressed kas aspirants who are appearing in KAS exam 2016 conducted by JKPSC.On 25 Feb 2018, we appeared in optional paper exam of management paper 1 and centre was jkpsc Jammu and jkpsc Srinagar. When paper was given only 20 percent paper was from paper 1 and 80 percent was from paper2 which is scheduled to be held on 6 March 2018 . When we reported this to error jkpsc staff didn’t relent and said that whatever extebt you could write, write it and nothing can be done.
We asked them to call for subject experts but they said they had certified the exam set on syllabus of jkpsc . All aspirants then left the examination hall immediately and submitted the answer sheet immediately to enquire from chairman but we were not allowed to meet him.We are in huge distress now as jkpsc has not assured us to look into this matter and our career and future is at stake. We need support of media in our fight and coerce jkpsc to reconduct management paper I again, otherwise our painstaking efforts for studies would go all in vain .
