Plea to OBC Advisory Board

Sir,
The Hon’ble Apex Court Judgement on Mandal Report came in Nov 1992 which was implemented throughout the country except Jammu and Kashmir for reasons best known to the successive Governments in the State.
The Government, after OBCs raised their voice, implemented the 23 percent reservation but extended it to other categories of people which come under the ambit of RBA. This way the report was diluted to the disadvantage of the State OBCs.
Sensing a strong opposition and great vote bank loss an OBC Advisory  Development Board was set up on 15-02-2010 to lure OBCs, and to redress their grievances like increase in reservation ratio and its allied components. More than four years have passed since then and only two meaningless meetings have been conducted. The  40 members Boards with 20 NC and 20 Congress party members has not done much for the welfare of OBCs.
The members are urged to redress the grievances of OBCs, or they will have to quit under pressure from public.
Yours etc…
