Recruitment policy of Power Development Corporation (PDC) is against the Engineering diploma and degree holders. This is because the criteria set by it is 60 percent instead of national criteria of 55 percent. As per the advertisement, candidates having 55 percent marks are not eligible for the post. This policy is against the interest of the engineering community and needs to be changed without losing further time.
