UDHAMPUR, May 2: A young farmer died because of fatal injury by diesel plough machine while cultivating his field at Panchari, here today.
The deceased, namely Bittu (35), son of Santu, resident of village Paryee, Tehsil Panchari, was cultivating in his field with the diesel plough machine, which accidentally inflicted him fatal injury. Even as the locals rushed him to Primary Health Center (PHC) Panchari, where doctors referred him to District Hospital Udhampur, he succumbed to his injuries on way to Udhampur.
