JAMMU, Nov 7: Monthly meeting of all J&K Plus 2 Lecturers’ Forum was held under the chairmanship of its State president N S Jamwal for discussing in detail the present scenario in School Educational Department.
N S Jamwal stressed the need of creating work culture in the School Education Department and informed the house that a meeting with the Secretary Education and newly appointed Chairman of BOSE will be conducted on the re-opening of the Darbar for discussing various issues.
During the meeting, core issues were highlighted as running grade, reorganization of School Education Deptt, non- vocational status to the Principal, regularization of I/C Lecturers, Principals, CEOs and Joint Directors.
Mr Jamwal further told the participants that School Education Department required neat and clean transfer policy which is the need of the hour for the development and proper functioning of the schools to provide good results.
Others who spoke on the occasion, included Haran Das, Ashwani, Fateh Singh, Talib Hussain, NK Sharma , Romesh Lal, Deepak Sharma, Suresh Kumar, Dr Joti Sharma, Dr Ashok, Dr Majid, Dr Sandeep Singh, Kashmir Singh and NA Malik.
