JAMMU, Dec 15: All J&K Plus 2 Officers Association met the Principal Secretary School Education Department BK Singh and projected some issues.
The issues highlighted during the meeting were Assured Career Progression (ACP) and pay anomalies to remove stagnation and pay parity, transfers of Principals from Ramban, Kishtwar, Doda and Udhampur to their home localities who have completed their tenure of 2 years plus, 4 years, 2 years and 1 year tenures for general, hard zones and very hard zones for next ATD 2022 which is being starting from 15th January 2022, provision of non vocational status in favour of the staff engaged in Summer and Winter Vacations including Principals and Lecturers, placement of about 1000 more regularized (DPC+PSC) lecturers as senior lecturers and filling up all vacant posts of Joint Directors, CEOs, Principals and Lecturers.
Among others present were Dr PP Raina, Rajeev Sharma, Kapil Banotra, Dr Rajneesh, Prem Paul Verma, Balwant Kumar, Laxmi Jamwal, Sangeet Jamwal, Subash Sharma, MA Kohli, Rahul Sharma, Manohar Lal, Vijay Kumar, etc.
