JAMMU, Dec 4: Urging the Government to issue order of regularization of Incharge Principals, Plus 2 Officers Forum has threatened to adopt `Satyagraha’ (peaceful agitation) for the same.
In this regard, a meeting of Plus 2 principals was held here today under the chairmanship of president Ram Parkash. All the executive body members participated in the meeting and highlighted the grievances and demands of the cadre, particularly regularization, non-vacational status and removal of pay anomaly along with benefit of assured career progression (ACP).
The Forum expressed strong resentment over unprecedented delay over regularization of the Incharge Principals who have already submitted all the required documents to the Committee constituted vide number 114 and 115 of GAD of 2019, dated 23-01-2019 for the regularization.
“We are struggling for the last 10 years to get ourselves regularized. We have made submission at every stage and we are shouldering heavy responsibilities,” said the Forum members and appealed to the Administrative Secretary School education to issue the order of regularization.
Those who spoke on the occasion, included N K Sharma, Subash Sharma, Harbans Lal Choudhary, Uttam Kohli, Keret Singh and others.
