NEW DELHI : Amid reports of large scale ceasefire violations on the Line of Control (LoC), Prime Minister Narendra Modi today convened the meeting of Cabinet Committee on Security to review the situation on the disputed border with Pakistan.
Government sources said the meeting is primarily to take stock of the situation on the LOC.
Meanwhile, a meeting regarding Most Favoured Nation status to Pakistan and related logistics, which was scheduled for today, has been postponed.
An impromptu media briefing is being held by the External Affairs Ministry in short while from now. (AGENCIES)
