PNB Jammu Circle awarded 1st prize for 4th consecutive year

JAMMU, Nov 24: Punjab National Bank (PNB), Jammu Circle, has been awarded first prize for its excellent performance in the field of promoting and implementing the official language policy in the Circle for the year 2013-14, by Ministry of Home Affairs (official Language), Government of India (GoI).
This is the fourth consecutive year that PNB Jammu Circle has been awarded the first prize.
The award in the form of a Shield and certificate of appreciation was presented by Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Ramnaik at a glittering ceremony held in the auditorium of Bhaarateey Bhoovigyan Institute, Lucknow, and was received by Jagdish Lal, Senior Manager, Rajbhasha.
Neeta Choudhary, Secretary, MHA (GoI), Harender Kumar, Director, Home Ministry, Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Lucknow, Prem Chander Sharma, AGM, Rajbhasha, Head Office, were also present on the occasion.
