JAMMU, Sept 28: An awareness camp on financial literacy was orgainsed at village Kadyal(R S Pura) by Punjab National Bank, branch Kotli Arjun Singh under the guidance of S Bikram Singh Raina, DGM-circle Head, PNB, J&K Circle.
The proceedings of the programme was conducted by Satpal, Branch head. A numbers of farmers, ex-servicemen of the village took part in the camp who made aware by Kali Dass, Financial Literacy Counsellor, PNB regarding Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, PMSBY, PMJJBY, PM Atal Pension Yojana and KCC schemes and seeding of Aadhar Cards in their accounts.
Arun Jaral, JAEO from Department of Agriculture addressed the farming community regarding about various schemes.
Captain Bana Singh, PVC was the chief guest in the meeting and he advised the participants to take the benefits of all the banking schemes for their benefit.
