JAMMU, Nov 27: Punjab National Bank (PNB), Shalamar Chowk celebrated 100th year of presence here today.
A customer meet was organized on the occasion, which was presided over by GS Gandhoke, Field General Manager, Shimla. BM Fazili, AGM along with bank staff and customers were also present.
Gandhoke interacted with customers and sought their feedback about the customer services and the product offered by the bank.
M Latifi Mir also interacted with the customers and informed them about various schemes and products of the bank.
The meeting was convened by PL Labroo, Chief Manager of the branch, who spoke about alternative delivery channels of the bank.
Labroo stressed upon customers to take advantage of e-lobby, where in cash deposit machine, passbook printing machines and ATM have been installed.
BM Fazili, AGM of Circle Office, Jammu presented vote of thanks.
