JAMMU, Mar 17: To lodge their protest against the unfair transfer policy, a protest demonstration organized by officers of Punjab National Bank under the banner of Punjab National Bank Officer’s Association (PNBOA ) affiliated with AIPNBOA (All India PNB Officers’ Association) and AIBOC (All India Bank Officers’ Confederation), was held here today.
This was the third phase of agitation launched against the newly implemented Transfer Policy which came into effect on February 28, 2025.
A large number of women officers participated in the demonstration.
Com Ashwani Pradhan (General Secretary) along with key office bearers Com A B Khurira, Parshotam Kumar, Arun Sharma, Rahul Gupta, Sanjeev Sharma, Balwinder Kumar, M I Haidry and others addressed the gathering.
They highlighted their demands including, exemption of officers of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh from new transfer policy, equal and fair treatment to all trade unions and special recruitment under UDAAN for Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh.
