JAMMU, July 20: Police here in Bishnah Town invoked Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act against a youth who allegedly misbehaved with a minor girl.
On the complaint of the father of a 16-year-old girl, one Rohit Kumar (19) of Chorli, Bishnah, has been booked under POCSO Act, a police officer said.
“The accused has been arrested and further investigations are on,” he said.
