SRINAGAR, Apr 17: Police arrested a car lifter involved in various theft cases in Budgam district today.
A Police spokesman said that during the course of investigation of a case FIR No. 22/2018 under section 379 RPC, Police Station Khan Sahab apprehended one person identified as Abdul Hamid, a resident of Rawalpora, Budgam.
He said during questioning, a huge cache of stolen vehicles and electronic items worth lakhs were recovered from the possession of the accused person.
