SAMBA, July 21: Samba Police arrested an accused in attempt to murder case registered at Samba within 12 hours after commission of crime. A written complaint was lodged by one Krishanlal, S/o Falo Ram of Mananu,Samba stating therein that at around 2030 hrs his brother Sukhdev Raj while returning home was attacked by accused Parveen Kumar S/o Kullu Ram R/O Mananu Samba with a sharp edged weapon causing grievous injuries.
On this, a case FIR No. 189/2020 U/S 341/323/307 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act got registered at P/S Samba and manhunt launched to nab the accused person.
After hectic efforts put forth by Police team of Police Station Samba said the accused has been arrested during wee hours from the Village Mananu, Samba. Further investigation into the case is going on.
