LEH, Dec 24: Working out the complaint lodged by a lady that a mischievous person is making her fake profiles on various social media accounts and transmitting obscene words and pictures and sharing her personal phone number all around ,on which instant case FIR No.121 /2020 under section 67-A, 66-C IT Act was registered at Police Station Leh and investigation was taken up.
During the course of investigation, the accused was tracked down as Stanzin Tsepag,who happens to be the sitting Councilor Upper Leh, through technical surveillance & investigation. He was arrested and kept in Police lock-up. The accused was granted bail by the Court today.
