RAJOURI, Oct 5: Police has claimed to have solved the murder case by arresting all the accused.
According to the police, on August 27, 2015, a conflict took place between Nazir Husain son of Chandiya and Mohd Ashraf, Ghulam Qadir, Abdul Rehman son of Abdul, Mohd Kalu son of Noor Mohd and Ghulam Murtaza son of Mohd Ashraf, all residents of Qila Darhal, Nowshera over a land dispute.
During the conflict, Mohd Ashraf and others pelted stones on Nazir Ahmad and his family members due to which the newly born baby namely Rubeena Kouser daughter of Nazir Hussain who was in the lap of her mother namely Zabida Begum wife of Nazir Hussain sustained grievous injuries and died on the spot.
In this connection, a case FIR number 180/15 under Sections 302,336 and 147,34 RPC was registered at police station Nowshera.
Keeping in view the sensitivity of the case, SHO, Police Station Nowshera Chaman Ghorka, under the supervision of SDPO Nowshera Sargun Shukla and SSP Rajouri Dr Mohd Haseeb Mughal launched a manhunt to nab the accused.
After hectic efforts, police arrested all the accused.
