SAMBA, May 25: Police have arrested a person and registered a case under POCSO Act at Vijaypur Police Station in Samba district against him.
According to the information received, a person from Vijaypur has lodged a complaint against Rahul Manhas resident of Swankha that he has outraged modesty of his daughter. The police took immediate action and arrested Rahul Manhas and started further action by registering a case against him under FIR number 72/2024 under Section 376, 3/4 POCSO Act.
