KATHUA, Mar 22: Hiranagar Police has registered a case under Section 304 B RPC against the mother in-law of young house wife Radha who committed suicide on March 18 at her in-laws residence in Ward 13 Hirangar and her two brother-in-laws Kuldeep Singh and Narinder Singh.
However no formal arrests have been made as yet. It may be recalled that body of Radha, 21, wife of Rohit Singh was found hanging with a ceiling fan at the residence of her in-laws on March 19 morning when she was all alone in the house.
Radha had reached the Ward 13 residence of her in-laws on March 18 and stayed there for night when the other members of her family were staying at their village residence. However next day morning when her parents enquired about the whereabouts of their daughter as they could not get any clue of their daughter from her in-laws they informed police and the parents with the help of police after breaking the door of the house found Radha hanging with the ceiling fan. The police took the body into its custody and after postmortem at DH Kathua handed over the same to her parents for cremation.
