KISHTWAR, Nov 3: A police cop was charred to death in a fire incident near Indira Nagar here.
As per police sources, a fire incident took place in the temporary shed, which was erected by JKAP after acquiring the land near Indira Nagar here.
On getting information, police rushed to the spot and fire tenders were pressed into service to douse the flames.
After dousing the flames, when the police was looking after the material inside the temporary shed, found charred body of a police cop. The identity of the cop is yet to be ascertained.
Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
