MENDHAR, June 12: District Police Poonch under the aegis of Civic Action Programme (CAP) today distributed the stationery items at Government High School, Behrooti, Balakote Sector.
Note books and other stationery items were distributed among more than 30 students of the institution by SDPO Mendhar Shahied Nayeem in presence of Sarpanch and Panchs of Behrooti and its adjoining localities, prominent persons of the area and school staff.
While speaking, SDPO underscored the objectives of organizing such programmes in far flung areas of the district. He added that District Police Poonch organized sports activities, musical concerts and other community oriented programmes with an aim to channelize the energy of the youth of the area and help the down trodden sections of the society.
