JAMMU, Mar 11: Police in Jammu District have issued clarification over a video doing rounds on the social media.
According to police, a woman (name withheld) on March 10, 2024 reported at Police Station Nowabad that one person along with his two aides committed rape with her after calling her telephonically to a hotel in Jewel area on March 3, 2024.
On the receipt of the complaint from the victim, police said, a case FIR number 40/2024 under section 376-D of the IPC has been registered at Police Station Nowabad and further investigation entrusted to SHO Nowabad.
