POONCH, Nov 4: The Police arrested one person, Mohd Saleem, son of Munir Hussain resident of Chunga in Mendhar for running fake cars sale business.
The accused had recently sold two Maruti 800 cars to the two different buyers but both the cars had same registration number and same body colour and number plates.
Both cars were also recovered and seized and a case vice FIR No. 183/2020 under section 420 IPC stand registered against the above said person at Poonch Police Station.
Police team from Poonch led by SHO SD Singh Jamwal, under the overall supervision of SSP Poonch Ramesh Angral unearthed this fake racket. Further investigation was in progress.
