JAMMU, Nov 6: Bakshi Nagar police recovered missing woman from her relatives house at Gho Manhasa area of the city outskirts.
Police spokesman said that, on November 1, a missing report of a 27 year old woman namely Meenakshi Devi, wife of Ranjan Kumar of Patoli, was registered at Police Station Bakshi Nagar.
After registering FIR, police started hunt to recover the missing woman, he said, adding, that on specific inputs, police party from Bakshi Nagar Police Station led by SHO Ravi Kant conducted a raid at one of her relative’s house at Gho Manhasa and recovered the missing woman.
The woman was handed over to family members, spokesman said, adding, that she had left the home after having some altercation with her husband and did not turn back, after which the family members filed a missing complaint with police.
