Police recovers over 200 litres of kerosene oil

KATHUA, Oct 22: Police today recovered over 200 litres of kerosene oil from a Spare part shop in the district.
Police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police conducted a raid at a Spare part shop at Ward Number 9, Kathua and recovered 210 litres of kerosene oil.
He said that the owner of the shop Pankaj Gupta, son of Sardari Lal of Ward Number 9, Kathua, purchased the oil from the kerosene oil dealer namely Jagdish Raj, son of Shambu Nath of Ward Number 4.
A case under FIR number 428/12 under Sections 409/120B RPC, 3/7 EC Act has been registered at Kathua Police Station and investigation started.
