REASI, Sept 29: In an action against illegal mining, Reasi Police seized six vehicles involved in theft of minor minerals in different areas of the district.
One Tractor , bearing chassis number MBNAU48AFKCG30045, loaded with river bed material, was seized by PP Dera Baba and two Dumpers, bearing registration numbers JK02AW- 3285 , JK20- 0223 were seized by team of Police Station Reasi. Following the seizure, DMO Reasi was informed accordingly, Police said.
In another case of illegal mining, three Tractors bearing registration number JK20- 2547, JK11D- 4226 and JK20B- 8993 along with trolley ( loaded with Bajri) was seized in Pouni Block by team of Police Station Pouni.
The whole operation against illegal mining was conducted under the supervision of DySP HQ Neeraj Padyar.
