SAMBA, Nov 10: In continuation to its drive against illegal mining and transportation of construction material, Samba police today seized two dumpers in the jurisdiction of Police Station (PS), Vijaypur which were being used for illegal transportation of the construction material.
A police party of PS Vijaypur while performing routine vehicle checking duty at naka NHW near AIIMS, seized two dumper having Registration Number JK21D/9878 and JK21G/7079 for carrying construction material (Bajri) without any valid permission.
Both the vehicles seized by Samba Police in this case have been handed over to Geology & Mining Department, Samba for further action.
