REASI, Feb 18: In random checking, Police teams of Reasi inspected different locations and seized five vehicles engaged in illegal mining.
According to Police, team of Police Station Reasi seized four Tippers bearing registration numbers JK14 J -0412, JK11E-5131, JK20C-1461 and JK14K -9033 involved in transportation of illegal mining material.
In a separate action, team of Police Post Dera Baba laid surprise naka on Kanjali road and seized a Tractor-Trolley bearing Registration number JK20C-2409 loaded with RBM (sand) illegal mining material.
After seizure of these vehicles, Mining Officer was informed for necessary legal action.
