POONCH, Apr 14: Continuing its drive against illegal mining, the police has seized eight vehicles in the jurisdiction of Police Station Poonch which were being used for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material.
Police teams headed by IC PP Jhullas , IC BPP Ajote and IC BPP Bandi Chechian during patrolling noticed and seized 8 vehicles including one Tipper and 07 Tractor trolleys which were being used for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material in the area.
The above mentioned vehicles have been seized by Poonch Police and handed over to the Mining Department Poonch for further legal action.
